Child Safety Standards

Efors, the operator of the Efors app, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Adults only

Efors is available only to people aged 18 or older. Users must confirm their age before using the Service. Accounts that we believe belong to minors are removed.

Built-in protections

• AI companions are adult fictional characters and are instructed never to produce sexual content.
• If a user indicates they are under 18, companions stop any romantic or flirtatious tone and respond only as a friendly acquaintance.
• Generated photos are restricted to fully clothed, non-explicit images of adult characters.
• Requests involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context are prohibited and lead to account termination.

Reporting

• In the app: long-press any message and choose Report.
• By email: [email protected] (subject: "Child safety").

We review reports promptly, remove violating content, terminate the accounts involved and report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by law.
